 GEM Class Programming

At GEM Class, which stands for Growth Entrepreneur Mindset, we offer individualized training to students that help them grow their mindset and provide them with marketable skill sets and life skills that can be used in the real world. Currently GEM Class consists of 3 types of training that parents can choose from for students to participate in.

1. GEM Class Robotics

2. GEM Class Esports

3. The Growth Entrepreneur Mindset Training (the fundamental training that GEM Class was built on).

Under the Growth Entrepreneur Mindset students learn, develop a growth mindset, and develop critical thinking & problem-solving skills.

Students can receive this training in 4 different ways. They can select from one or more ways. These methods consist of:

One-on-One training

Small group training

Large group training

Team training

• One on one training will allow the student to grasp insight of critical thinking & problem-solving skills utilizing their own strengths when engaging in the program. This training includes an assessment that identifies the student's interest and skills.

• Small group trainings will consist of teamwork when engaging in GEM class. Small groups will have to use their own individual strengths to come together towards an end goal. The practice of communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills will be engaged.

• The Large group and Team training encompasses the fundamentals learned in the one-on-one training and the small group training.
